CJP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, lost points, missed revolts, or your mom finding out you joined a cockroach party.

The Cockroach Janta Party website allows users to post content (issues, comments, movements). CJP is not responsible for user-generated content. All users are solely responsible for their own content and the consequences of posting it.

7. Content Takedown Policy

We comply with all applicable Indian laws regarding content takedown. Upon receiving a valid legal notice:

• We will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours
• We will review the complaint within 36 hours
• If valid, we will remove the content within 48 hours
• All takedowns are logged for audit purposes

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
