Education system in Rural Areas

I have noticed and visited maney schools, colleges in Karnataka, they are not providing qualitative education and teachers are not providing ethics, morality and good education. Maney colleges are looting poor students and demanding high tution fees and college fees. For teacher recruitment school college administration demands high corruption around 30 laksh for high school teachers and 40 to 50 lakhs for Assistant Professor. This is not fair system for poor and very remote people to compete with rich and corrupted society and administration.
