Strict measures against rape and molestation

There has been rapid increase in rape and molestation cases against women and children in indian in recent years. I would like to assure that strict actions are taken for these kind of cases and if even needed law\'s should be amended and death penalty should b given within 1 year to rare events of rape and for moderate severity castration of male and atleast 10 years of imprisonment for all rape cases regardless of severity.
