Poor Judiciary

My father Retired from CAPF. he build a house with a his retirement money with a approved map but with Little deviation as we covered 3 feet chajjas ( Which entire colony has done). But irony ois as per MCD records only my home is constructed in last 13 years rest all are either vacant plots of older than 30 years or with no Chajjas. As a result my neighour went to court and got my property demolition order and damaged few chajjas. but buildingb built after that and even which doesnt have approved map are enjoying more than 4 feet chajjas and are invisible to entire ADIMISTRATION. Our mistake was we got approved map as my father is a law biding citizen and still visiting courts. And doesnt allow me to take any legal action against other prooperty owners or corrupted JE and AXE.\nDont knwo what to say and what to write
