Fraud and scam in comparative exam and education

Aaj ke samay mein competitive exams lakhon students ke future ka base ban chuke hain. Especially Staff Selection Commission ke exams mein har saal crores candidates apni मेहनत aur sapne lekar baithte hain. Lekin pichhle kuch samay se exam scams, paper leaks, cheating gangs aur fake candidates jaise cases saamne aane lage hain. Aise incidents honest students ka confidence tod dete hain. Jo students din-raat mehnat karte hain, unhe lagta hai ki unki hard work ka koi value nahi reh gaya.\nKai jagah police ne cheating racket pakde hain jahan electronic devices, fake IDs aur solver gangs ka use kiya gaya. Is tarah ki dhandhli sirf exams ko hi nahi, balki poore recruitment system ki credibility ko bhi damage karti hai. Students ka maanna hai ki exams transparent aur fair hone chahiye taki deserving candidates ko hi selection mile.\nPolice ka role bhi bahut important ho jata hai. Kai cases mein police ne active action lekar fraud gangs ko arrest kiya aur investigation shuru ki. Lekin kuch log system ki slow process aur corruption ko lekar bhi questions uthate hain. Isliye zaroori hai ki strict monitoring, better security aur fast investigation ho taki future mein aise scams ruk sakein.\nSaath hi Uttar Pradesh Home Guards jaise departments mein bhi recruitment aur duty system ko lekar transparency ki demand badh rahi hai. Youth chahte hain ki har government recruitment process fair, secure aur merit-based ho. Agar system strong aur honest rahega, tabhi desh ke yuva apne future ko lekar trust feel karenge.
