Educational loan

Right now in India, there is an education loan system, but it is not functioning properly. For example, we are studying in college and need around ₹1.5 lakhs. Through some scholarships, our tuition fees are covered, but we still have to pay ₹33,000 per year. Many poor students are unable to pay even this ₹33,000.
