Fooling the general public repeatedly

The Central Govt as well as the State Govt have never informed the general public as to what they have done to prevent another Covid like situation in the country. Due to Covid, I lost my youngest sister in law(40 yrs) and her husband (45 yrs) who did not receive proper treatment as they were staying outside Kolkata due to absence of adequate medical facilities.
