Government school condition

In private schools the teaching level is hard and good and they are working hard on the students so that they could achieve something in their life and giving homework ,daily having physical activities and giving projects and doing social works and making the students strong . But in other hand in government schools the students are only having holidays and holidays no studies at all . They are having home works or any other works and when the schools are opening students are having exams and exams . How will they give exams if they don't know the syllabus and don't know how to study or what to study for the exam . Ok even if they pass out 10th in any way what will the compete when they goes to another schools or institute for their higher studies.
