Unemployment

In my state, the biggest tragedy is not the lack of talent — it is the lack of opportunities. Thousands of educated young people carry degrees in their hands but uncertainty in their hearts. Unemployment has slowly turned ambition into anxiety, and dreams into silent depression.

A generation that should have been building its future is instead fighting hopelessness, financial pressure, and mental exhaustion. When youth are left without direction, jobs, or support, society does not just lose workers — it loses confidence, creativity, and an entire generation’s belief in tomorrow.

The real crisis is not that our youth are incapable; the real crisis is that capable youth are running out of chances to prove themselves.
