Employe issue

Hy sir I am at a lenskart as a lead manager and my home town is nagpur so company creatirea is you can clear the lead than I will go to the manager post and I have working 3.8 years and my starting salry is 14500 and currently is 19680 and so many staff members should be ireeted the company and presurees no many staff could not be complained to the company but m What I want to say is that when the company is putting so much pressure then why should they not pay the salary, they should reduce it immediately, they should not even give allowance for living, only Rs 2500, in which how can I afford room and food and such low salary How do I repay my loans? This is not my problem alone, it is the problem of all employees.
