Document scam
As an ordinary citizen, going to a government office to get documents made or corrected has become a deeply harassing experience. While common people are constantly subjected to harassment and unnecessary delays, wealthy individuals get the exact same work done effortlessly simply due to the power of money.
The system has become so corrupt that the office now prioritizes and values only those documents that come through middlemen (dalals). Even when an ordinary, genuine citizen possesses all the necessary valid paperwork, getting a simple document correction done feels next to impossible.
On the contrary, there are illegal immigrants (such as certain Bangladeshi nationals) or individuals without any proper background who manage to get authentic government documents made swiftly and easily through bribes and illegal channels. This discrimination and deep-rooted corruption are causing immense suffering to the general public every single day.
