CRIMINAL JURISDICTION OF INDIA IS A SOCIAL FAILURE

The Criminal Jurisdriction is has failed due to corruption, political influence and power. Criminal commiting has no repercussions of their actions. We suggest some strong actions to make our country crime free. For eg an crime related to rape should in death penalty and vise versa girl giving false complain should also be heavy penalt or life sentence. for any murder it should be death not some10 yrs in jail. Why are we wasting our tax money in jail and criminals who have no remorse in their actions.
