raise a complaint regarding the unfair treatment often seen in government hospital
I would like to raise a complaint regarding the unfair treatment often seen in government hospitals, where common patients are told that no beds are available, while special arrangements appear to be made for VIP or influential individuals. This creates serious difficulties for ordinary and poor patients, many of whom fail to receive timely medical treatment.
Government hospitals operate using public funds and taxpayers’ money, therefore every patient should receive equal treatment and equal access to healthcare facilities. Priority should be given only on the basis of medical emergency and patient condition, not on social status, political influence, or personal connections.
I sincerely request that:
1. The bed allocation process should be made completely transparent.
2. Any unofficial VIP reservation system should be investigated.
3. Clear rules should be implemented to ensure priority is based strictly on medical urgency.
4. Real-time bed availability information should be made publicly accessible.
