Exponentially declining state of Primary school students and slave-like treatment of primary school teachers

Heard from a lot of friends who are teaching at the primary leavel, be it government school across disctricts or small mushroom-like private schools, especially in smaller townships. I have known these firends for the longest of my life and i know they were sharp, agile, intelligent, sincere, and harworking. Today they feel their intelligence, wisdome, and teaching aptitude have been mutiliated by the the administration, It's rampnat, it's everwhere. Teachers are felling the brunt of SIR, Census, Mid-day meal, medicrity, and dishonesty of their own fellows, and they are depressed. This impacts their health, and the health of the education system of the state. Children are ignored because teachers have to finish SIRs, and census, and the book distribution forms, and are required working online and in physical scenarios simultaneoulsy. A few rotten teachers and BSAs are ruining the entire system, and demoralising the hard working ones.
