We raise this issue against the growing failure of the education system, which has slowly turned learning into pressure, competition, and memorization rather than preparation for real life. Students spend years chasing marks and degrees, yet many leave institutions without practical skills, career security, financial awareness, confidence, or guidance about their future.

An education system should build minds, character, creativity, and opportunities — not just produce exhausted students carrying uncertainty and anxiety. The failure is not in students lacking potential; the failure is in a system that often neglects talent, ignores mental well-being, and prepares students for exams more than for life itself.

If education cannot secure direction, dignity, skills, and a stable future for the youth, then serious reform is not just needed — it is overdue.
