Supreme court

Dear Supreme Court,

You have not protected The Constitution by safeguarding the already existing rights of lakhs of voters. It is protected when the institutions entrusted with democracy are monitored and guided with firmness, independence, and constitutional wisdom.

While the entire nation unequivocally agrees on the importance of the independence of the Election Commission, deep concerns have remained for the past two years regarding the manner in which Election Commissioners are being appointed. Yet, meaningful intervention has not been seen.

Likewise, the federal structure — itself part of the basic structure of the Constitution — can remain strong only when Governors are properly guided not to override, delay, or obstruct democratically elected State Governments.

Dear Supreme Court,

If constitutional institutions fail, every citizen feels weakened. If democratic balance collapses, democracy itself suffers.

When the Supreme Court stands firm, citizens retain faith in the Constitution and in justice itself.

Please do not let that faith fail.
