Katghara.

Recently I had gone court, seen there a cop taking bribe inside the courtroom in front of judge for providing freedom to the accused. As if a person gives 50-200 rupees to him(cop) he don't need to stand inside the Katghara. He can move freely nearby. Only he has to available at time when needed rest normal public not providing bribe will be arrested (stand) inside Katghara till his turn.
