Exploitation of Contractual Employees

I, Pardeep Kumar S/o Shri Subhash Chandra, resident of Faridkot, have been serving continuously (about 18 years) in your esteemed University as Clerk cum Data Entry Operator since 24th December 2007, the details as follows :-

Date of Joining on Trail Basis 24th December 2007 to 4th May 2008
Date of Joining on Contract Basis 5th May 2008 to Till date (Approx. 17 years 11 months)
But the service of the junior batch who joined university services after my appointment were regularized on 2008 while my services were regularized after long due period on 10/11/2025. This has affected my seniority and caused heavy financial loss. I have been informing the competent/higher officials from time to time several times but in vain.
