Education system, corruption and lack of trust

Year on year issue on competitive exams NEET, UPSC etc., Education system certainly requires overhaul.
Corruption across all levels, single window, business friendly country are only lip service & jargons. We want to construct 500 seats office @ Tiruchirapalli, to get the approval, we are running from pillar to post for last 12 months even after making illegal payments.
