Hard Working and Low salary of outsourcing employees working in Government Departments.

Today all government departments hireing employees as outsource. All employees giving their 100 percent but State Government and departments issuing salary 10000 to 25000 per month only. Now currently it is not enough for all outsource employee as looking their hardworking and responsibilities against family and departments.
