Petrol Price

In year 2007, crude rate touched the highest in the history as 137$ per barrel, still the price of petrol was around 60 to 70 INR with only 0.5% ethanol blending. Today, crude is around 100 $ per barrel, and with 20% ethanol blending, we are having petrol price of 100 INR.
