lot of extortion and money demands in the transfer of government officials in Maharashtra

In Maharashtra, there is a lot of extortion and money demands in the transfer of government officials (class one to class three).
Every government official is facing this type of regular transfer as well as requested transfer.
Their link is from the ministry to the commissioner, divisional commissioner. This should stop somewhere, government employees and officers are literally fed up with them....
Where will honest officials get the money for every transfer ????
Due to this, they are facing problems and corruption is increasing.
I request CJP please bring this issue seriously to everyone and find a solution to this...
