Fee hike of 10-20% every year when already the fee is too high

The fee for a private school for class UKG is more than 1 lakh including books, uniform and tuition fees. Still for the next class, they hike the fee by 10% which makes it 1.5 lakhs for class 1. When asked, they say this is going to happen every year and tell that management has decided this.
