Ineffective Traffic Engineering

the lack of traffic engineering has lead to overwhelming traffic in city. in normal days the traffic queue goes upto 200meters and on wedding seasons or peak traffic hours it goes upto 1 km. the irregular parking of auto-rickshaws and private transport near school zones further reduces available road space. many shop owners and hawkers occupy the footpaths forcing pedestrians to walk on the road which increase the risk of accidents. the improper management of rules and parking leads to frequent roadblocks and slower traffic movement.
