Rape cases are increasing day by day in our country . rapist are roaming free with proud, money has more value than someones life , even after a rapist is proven the govt instead of a dead sentence realease the culprit, this is not what we want ,instead we want on the spot dead sentence, for a one who does such type of crime and is proven should be head shot without thinking . we want a change...
