Increase farmers crops price

Our farmers toil all day in the scorching sun. During sowing, farmers do not get fertilizers for weeks and they come from the night itself and sit in line hungry and thirsty so that they can get fertilizers. In some places, there are not enough tube wells, so the farmers do not get water on time to irrigate their fields, due to which the crop yield decreases. For example, in our village Amara, there is only one government tube well in the entire field and we never get water on time. And then, when he goes to sell his crop in the market, the price is set so low that he considers taking it back home. But, forced to do so, he sells it so that he can meet his expenses. He also sells it because some farmer's daughter is getting married. I want the price of farmers' crops to be increased, and DAP and UREA to be made available to farmers from time to time.
