Aurangabad name change

Why change the name to Chatrapati Sambhaji Nagar? I know the name of the city was based on a cruel Mughal Emperor but India is a secular country Muslim people are definitely hurt and angry by this and I am too not because of the religion I am not muslim but because there was no need to do so there are a lot of issues the government should focus on instead of a damn freaking city's name!
