Local Infrastructure Deficit & Delayed Maintenance

there is high inertia in executing basic repairs across country, eg- road pothole repairs, drainage problem, streetlight repair etc. This negligence leads to massive destruction of infrastructure and causes harm to public. although there are statewise deadlines for completing such tasks there are many loopholes in it and a regular person gets no resolution for it even after complaining so many times.
