Education system fault

Well, student have there own dreams to fulfill that they choose science in 11th std then they join the b.tech.where they end up getting 2 tier college. Even if they get iit or nits still they fail to get well paid job. Also if they want to go after there own passion they have been stopped this is so scary. Seriously why so why not reframe of education system. I think there should be reframe of system.
