the focus on tertiary healthcare in urban city making the primary healthcare in rural society dependent on unregulated practitioners. this leads to unnecessary and wrong diagnosis and issuing of unwanted medications. the increase of heart attack and heart failure cases are byproducts of such disparity due to not getting proper diagnosis on time.
