Less female participation in the movement

In 2019 elections of lok sabha, female participation in politics was very low even though the voter turnout was almost equal. Study of Observer research foundation says that only 18% women participation was there in political rallies and meetings. In CJP we promise 50% reservation but in reality we still don't have equal participation of women in the movement. Before even giving equal representation in assembly or parliament we need to give equal opportunities in our movement than only we would be able to find good female politician among us.
