I highly suggest public hanging of rapist, no matter who the person is! Even if it is done by a minor, if the minor has the guts to commit crime like adults then he/she should also face adult consequences. No religion, caste, gender should be discriminated on such a hideous crime. The rate of such crime is increasing day by day with every minute as we address this issue.
