Poor infrastructure and violence during census
As we all know that Janganna (Census) is going on right now. It's a good thing that govt employees are going home to home to collect the data for nation's welfare, but what about them? There security? The reason behind I am saying this is that in many areas (specifically villages) women have faced violence and harassment during their survey duty. This issue was very predictable in the very beginning but then also, no security was provided to any Census employees! Rather they were dictated that they only have to register the data told by the household members to avoide violence. What is this!? Is this the only thing govt can do? Imagine an employees clearly sees a car in a household but don't register it cause it was not told by the house members. Even he/she cannot argue just because it can risk there lives! Means w*f system is this!? Does govt not has enough police force to provide atleast a formality security to each member? And how they will have, as no-one wants to enter such a field where one has to dance like a doll of govt on the name of justice 😏. Also let me tell about the poor infrastructure! According to guidelines, the employees have to draw a hand made map of the alloted area and number all the houses such that 1st one is at a corner of village, 2nd one is in another corner, 3rd one is at another and so on until you reach the centre! Means govt wants employees run more, collect less data. Also maximum data can be derived from the registered documents like voter id etc. But no! Govt wants employees Go to each house physically without any security. And on the another hand they talk about digital India 😒
