The RTI System is Failing
The RTI System designed here in our region is Lazy and non responsive. Whenever You ask for any information they do not respond no matter you go for 2nd appeal you are ghosted....
The only option remains to wait for 90 days in first, 90 -120 days in 2nd appeal and go to court then after. The System has become a Gutter.
