CBSE AND THE OSM

Its the fault of cbse that ruined many careers and family relations of many students,because this year CBSE introduced OSM(on screen marking) system. But the system failed to check the copies of the students failrly and unglitched,many teachers who are checking the board copies said that the OSM software was glitchy and faulty during correction period but these all are the failure of system of the central government so why the students will face problems.
