In India, Policy is made in such a way, to get every permission and licences for business either you have to huge bribe or its not possible to take licences. In the result, you always run in fear, government can come any time and take bribe. Either MCD, Pollution, Fire, Police department can come anytime and ask money or threaten for legal action. Business person ready to take all licences and permissions, the eligibility is too high, businesses can not fulfil that.
