Board exam years

Class 10th, 11th, 12th in Andhra Pradesh are considered very crucial. Good to know but what about the system that's preparing the "next generation". I don't have to study the entire year, in fact I can laze around and learn nothing since there is no room for experimentation. We are asked to byheart the entire text book word by word and if I donot do that i would lose marks. This could look great for some people but what about students who actually want to learn and do something and look for more opportunities. With uneducated people in crucial positions in the government, how are we ever going to get better? The teachers who correct our papers are junior teachers in schools like sri Chaitanya and narayana. Those teachers knowledge is worse than kindergarteners. Why are they qualified to correct our papers????
