why no "QR" on every government project?

As a INDIAN by the law he have the power to know about every government project but we don't know about who had done the work who was involved in the work we just know that it's a government project nothing else?I want a "QR"code on every government project so that we know who had done the good work or "BAD WORK" for us😠😠
