What about our ideology what if we change gov but than what new ones come and than they will do corruption

So its about ideology what about change what we need its simple what if we change the structure of gov like decentralization of power after all democracy is all about representation. Than why one mla or mp represent us why not a different system where just from a village there are 4 to 5 different type of representative from just a village like a youth representative represent the youth of village womans old one have their and in this system MLA or MP needs to answerable to these representatives this is small change but have big impacts and most imp a country like us cant change in just single day we need some ideas for long term or for change
