Caste divide and discrimination

In the villages lower caste people are facing discrimination. They are not being allowed to enter temples and do certain other things. The upper caste or the so called ones have weapons in their house including rifles. So the people are afraid to raise their voice. Even the offices promote this by asking your surname first whenever you enter any gov or private office. Even I was asked this at a CHC.
