Minimum education qualification for Politicians to fight election

There should be a minimum qualification for politicians to fight election like government jobs ,private sector and PSUs. The government selection board or corporate sector are set eligibility to got jobs for unemployed people or students.
Why there is no eligibility(Minimum educational qualification) for politicians to run the county.
