Extream power in the hands of police

Time has come to limit the power of police force. They are servant of people, not the masters of public. How can a servant beat his own master. Is this justice? Bound them to address the master as SIR. "Yes Sir, Please Sir, Take your seat, We are at your service Sir." That way social justice will be established and corruption will come to the end. Taking bribe from public will be stopped in the name of help/threatening of forging false cases against people.
