We are raising our voices to expose Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, a leader who has abandoned his constitutional oath to act as a divisive dictator, crushing the secular and democratic fabric of our state. We are not afraid to call out the blatant weaponization of state power against minorities and the staggering financial exploitation of Assam’s people.

1. State-Sponsored Hate Speech & Incitement of Violence

​The CM has made anti-Muslim targeting the core of his polarizing politics, creating an environment of terror for Bengali-speaking Muslims in Assam.

The "Point Blank Shot" Video: In February 2026, the official BJP Assam social media handle posted a chilling video showing the CM appearing to shoot at framed photographs of Muslims, overlaid with hateful text like "No mercy." This was a shameless incitement to violence and a blatant call for ethnic cleansing, prompting eminent citizens and political leaders to file urgent pleas in the Supreme Court.
