Systemic Failure in Bihar's Education System: Demanding Government Accountability for Rapidly Rising Student Deaths.

"This petition is a direct appeal to the Bihar Government and the State Education Department regarding the alarming and unsafe environment inside Bihar's educational institutions. Within just a span of days, the tragic deaths of Rimi Kumari (a 3rd-year student found dead under suspicious circumstances inside the Motihari Government Engineering College hostel) and Lakshya Bhardwaj (a 12th-grade student who tragically collapsed inside an Allen Coaching classroom in Kankarbagh, Patna) have exposed severe structural failures.
Our youth are facing extreme institutional pressure, absolute lack of medical first-aid in coaching centers, and a complete absence of safety or mental health support systems in government hostels. We urgently demand the Bihar administration to enforce mandatory safety protocols, establish student grievance cells, and make psychological counseling compulsory across all campuses in Bihar to protect our students' lives."
