Rape cases

Now India is not safe at all like being in Russia is more safe as no one can touch someone without permission but here rape is common like a normal play for those fucking rapist. Just by saying nobody will stop will have to do something by giving some severe punishment to a rapist like directly cutting the head of a rapist like a law of arab to make people fear before even thinking about something like this. Or else we girls are not even safe inside our houses too
