Rigid promotional and career growth structure hammpering Govt. and related organisations workforce
Government organization me employees ka selection to talent ke basis par ho jata hai but promotion seniority basis me. Jiski wajah se honest employee ka workload badta hai or kamchor log maje me rahte hai. Honesty ka enam hai transfer or excess workload, no appropriation, no promotion and now no pension as well. Agar hum chahte hai ki government employee honestly and efficiently kaam kare to use utna vetan or efficiency ke basis par promotion v milna chahiye. Promotion ka structure change karene se hi log achhe se kaam karenge, efficient logo ko promotion or appropriation milna chahiye.
