Reservation in any form

I genuinely believe reservation in any form is wrong.

And honestly, as a woman, I do not want reservation in any sector. What I want is a space where nobody gets anything in a privileged or pre-decided manner. To me, that is what actual equality means.

I do not want to reach a position and then hear:
“Reservation ki wajah se aa gayi.”

I want to know that I reached there because I was capable enough to deserve it.

I do not want sympathy-based empowerment or token representation.
I want respect.

And real respect comes when people acknowledge your merit, your hard work, and your competence, not when they assume the system carried you there.
