Unemployment

I am from Bihar and faced many critism being a Bihari in other state while doing my BTech,inspite of being the state from where maximum numbers of IAS,IPS are being produced but still it is not developed
We are also known as the biggest supplier of majdoor in other states, why the government has not been able to start factories or industries in Bihar itself so that we can get job opportunities here itself whether it’s Maharashtra,Jammu or any other states of south we get beaten by them
