The growing disconnect between institutions and the people they are meant to serve.

Somewhere, it genuinely feels like institutions have stopped understanding ordinary people, especially the younger generation.

People today are not struggling because they are weak or impatient. They are exhausted. Life has changed drastically financially, emotionally, professionally but many institutions still respond with the same old mindset, the same lack of empathy, and the same expectation of silent endurance.

Whether it is young lawyers struggling to survive in the profession, students anxious about their future, or ordinary citizens trying to navigate systems that feel intimidating and inaccessible, there is a growing feeling of not being heard.

What bothers me is not criticism or discipline. Every institution needs that.

What bothers me is the increasing inability to emotionally resonate with the realities people are living through today.

Respect for institutions should come from trust and connection, not fear or distance.

And when people slowly stop feeling represented, understood, or valued by the very systems meant to serve them, that disconnect becomes dangerous for any democracy.
