Concretisation in one of the Green City in India

I live in Nagpur City, Nitin Gadkari who is road and transport minister, what he’s been doing in Nagpur is choking the sides of road even in small road, in the name of concretisation, he has choked the Roads, there isn’t any left so that water could go inside the ground. Ground water level is considerably decreased in the City, all asphalt roads have been converted into concrete road. Any small tree or plant have been rooted out for this concretisation
